Christmas Photos 2011

Well we have gone and done it now lol. We had a wonderful photo session at Portrait Innovations in Midtown Village today for a buck load of money $9.99 for a 11x14, 2 8x10, 4 5x7, 4 4x6, 32 wallets, and 5 5x7 Christmas cards plus a photo mug. Yeah great Deal go PI. Anyways love a good deal this was not a good deal though it was an AWESOME deal and got photos back in 30 minutes. Loved the place and will go again believe you me. We had fun making memories during this time of photos. So here is a glimpse at our Christmas Story.

Random Happenings

07/07/09 RoseMary met some special Aunts today. All my moms dad's (Paw Paw Lundy's) sisters. They are all from Mobile he brought them up. Aunt Elouise, Ouida, Shirley, Nettie Mae, and Barbara.
10/09/09 RoseMary met Aunt Dee and Uncle Carroll. Dee is Maw Maw's sister who leaves in Jackson.
10/15/09 RoseMary met her Aunt Kathryn from Portland, Organ. Kathryn is Granddaddy (dec) sister.
10/19/09 Carved RoseMary's first pumpkin. That is Bobby did she just sat there smiling cooing and drooling.
10/23/09 RoseMary met her Aunt Pat and Uncle Bill for the first time today. Pat is Paw Paw's sister who lives in Madison, Virgina.
10/24/09 RoseMary went to her first Fall Festival today. Went on a hayride and too the Pumpkin Patch.10/31/09 RoseMary first Halloween TRICK OR TREAT we dressed her as a pumpkin. RoseMary had fun.
November 1st 2009 Today me and RoseMary went with Maw Maw to Fort Morgan we stayed at The Beach Club Avalon Palace. Our travel went well. I took her for a walk on the beach. Ready for Bobby to get here.
11/04/09 Bobby got here today. RoseMary was so glad to see her daddy me too.
11/05/09 Went to Mobile today to have lunch at Aunt Ouida's it was real nice.
11/06/09 Played on the beach with RoseMary dipped her toes in the water. we went to the Tangier Outlet and bought a few nice outfits from the Baby Outlets. Came home.
11/13/09 Friday the 13th has been interesting. RoseMary "walked" in her walker at Maw Maw's today she just took off so cute.

Sick

*September 12 2009 RoseMary's eyes are all yucky and mated together looks like Pink Eye.
*09/14 I have Pink Eye now.
*09/16 Bobby does not have Pink Eye but he had 2 teeth pulled today.Late this evening he started running a high fever he has a Upper Respiratory Infection.
*10/22 Bobby got stung by several Yellow Jackets and he is allergic to them.

Football Games

September 5 2009 Today went great. We went to Denny Chimes and then to the Bryant Museum. We came home, grilled some steaks, Bobby's parents ate with us, then we watched Bama beat Virgina Tech. RoseMary did not mind the screaming she likes football.
09/12 Listened to Bama beat Florida International.
9/19 Watched Bama beat North Texas.
09/26 Watched Bama beat Arkansas.
10/03 Bobby watched Bama beat Kentucky. RoseMary and I listened to it on the radio going to Bradley Key's birthday party.

First Portratis

Took RoseMary to Sears to have pictures made. She wore the Alabama outfit that she also wore home from the hospital. Theresa Smith was the photographer she was so good. RoseMary liked having her picture made.

Spend the Night

July 2 2009 RoseMary spent the night with her Papa and Nana alone tonight. Since I am nursing her and she will not take a pumped bottled I did not think this would work but it did I nursed her late and left then early arrived back to nurse her she did GREAT!
17th Another spend the night trip she likes it and so do we because we know that she will stay away from us if need be and that is good.
August 21st RoseMary spent another night Bobby and I are going fishing tomorrow.

Sad 06/23/09

Today has been a sad one. Mrs. Dot Lang passed away right after midnight. Mrs. Jan called me around 8 this morning to let us know. I have been in shock all day. Mrs. Dot worshiped with us at Aliceville she was dear friend. Me and her were like peas in a pod. She was super smart and beautiful from the inside out. I feel so sad for her dear husband Mr. Jack he and her were a perfect couple. Mrs. Dot has gone on to eternity now her pain from her physical affliction's here on earth are passed. I will miss her greatly and hate that RoseMary will not have the joy of being Dot-tie-tied lol only me and Mrs. Dot know what this means so goes the world time does not stop but I do to remember Mrs. Dot Lang. My Friend.

First Father's Day 06/21/09

Happy Father's Day! Me and RoseMary prepared Daddy a nice breakfast this morning. We went to Sunday School and I left RoseMary in the nursery with Mrs. Kathy Moore today. We gave RoseMary a kitchen sink bath today. For father's day RoseMary gave her daddy a nice plaque to go on the wall that says "Dad's Fish Tales (available to all that will listen)" We also gave him a card that has RoseMary's foot prints on the inside of it.

06/07/09-06/14/09

7th Eventful Lord's Day we had today. Our Gospel Meeting started off. RoseMary got to met Nannie which is her great great grandmother today. My mother Nana got her out of the nursing home and we visited out at my parents for awhile this afternoon. What a wonderful day the Lord has made.
8th. Me and RoseMary enjoyed being pampered today. Mama Jo, Aunt Kayla, Emily, and Lucas all came over with Blueberry Muffins this morning. I got a nice bath. Then they left after it was time for nap.Daddy got in from work and Mommy had fixed a nice hot meal Pork Chops, Green Beans, Creamed Potatoes, and Peach Cobbler Delight.RoseMary slept through the entire Gospel Meeting tonight. Bro. James Segars brought a wonderful lesson to us about our Hope.
9th. Enjoyed another good lesson at our Gospel Meeting. Bro. Al Franks is the Editor of the Magnolia Messenger and he always brings such insight to the scriptures his lesson tonight taught us that we are a piece of God's masterpiece to be used for His service.
10th. We had a good day took RoseMary out in the sunshine for a stroll early this morning we enjoyed it.
11th. RoseMary was sprayed off in the shower tonight by her daddy she had a large diaper and rinsing off was the best solution. We are going to the doctor for a check up tomorrow.
12th. RoseMary had her 2 week check up she weighs 10 lbs. 5 oz. Dr. Bennuria says she is Healthy. Me and RoseMary spent the night with Moma Jo because Bobby is having to do some work on our house and did not RoseMary smelling the dust.
13th Bobby is working on our house. RoseMary and I spent the night out my parents house tonight.
14th. Today has been busy. We went to church. I stayed in Sunday School again this morning with RoseMary although Mrs. Kathy Moore is a wonderful teacher I still feel the need to be in class with her until she turns four weeks old.

06/01/09-06/06/09

1st Had a nice Monday. Bobby went to work. Kayla came around 10 she was a big help getting laundry done.
2nd. Kayla came again today she and I took RoseMary to see Bobby at work just needed to get out of this house.Tommy and Jan Blakney brought us a nice dinner tonight. We enjoyed  there visit.
3rd. T.G.F.K thank God for Kayla she was a real help today trying to settle in to a routine. We went to bible study tonight.
4th. Me and RoseMary by ourselves ALL day what big girls we are. We read a few books today I think RoseMary likes Mommies voice. She is so sweet.
5th.Another day with my girl.We took a nice little stroll today.
6th. RoseMary got to met her great grandfather and step great grandmother today. That is my mom's dad and his wife Paw Paw Lundy and Liz. They live in Mobile and came up to see us. Had a very nice visit with them. They ate her up.

05/31/09

We went to church this morning not to Sunday School only to morning worship services and we did not make it back for the evening service. RoseMary wore this pretty silk material dress with little pink rose buds on it. She was just precious during the service. We are reminded again of how Good God Is. The congregation at Aliceville were happy to met RoseMary.   I am for one so glad to be out of the hospital. I am not complaining although it may sound ike I am just giving the FACTS. On Saturdays I guess the job of discharge must get a little confussing since some of the offices in the hospital are closed but all my paperwork was completed yesterday. Whatever the case I did not get discharged until 3 p.m. after being told I would be discharged a little after 7 a.m. When we got home we had visistors there with food Mr. Jim and Mrs. Nan Presley our dear friends from Church brought us a wonderful dinner.Emily and Lucas got to met RoseMary for the first time when they came by with Aunt Suzanne and Sarah. Mama Jo, Papa, Nana, and Aunt Kayla were here. We took RoseMary up the hill to PawPaw and MawMaw's house to met PawPaw and Uncle Ronny. We turned in rather early and talked about this journey we have begun.

    Daddy went home to prepare the house for our arrival since we should be discharge in the morning early I hope. Bernie and MaryAnn came by today and  they were not the only ones to visit us today we had; Aunt Sue, Jaime, Josh, Jacob, and Jesi Shirley, MawMaw, Aunt Lynn, Evelyn, Blake, and Bella. Of course "every" office in the entire hospital it seems like came in with paper work. Enjoyed some alone time with my new daughter. Then daddy came back and we spent the afternoon just watching our sweet bundle of joy. The hospital prepared us a nice complimentary dinner that we enjoyed very much. We did send our little one to the nursery for our dinner but then of course she came back to our room we heard she was the loudest one in the nursery she out cried all the babies. This could be a bad thing. It points to the idea she may have a loud month but hey she needs one to cheer for Bama.

May 28 2009 RoseMary Grace Adams Birth

                                                                         

    I've not done anything in my life that was so hard but so rewarding at the same time until today. At 12:19 a.m. we were blessed with the birth of our first child a daughter RoseMary Grace Adams weighing 9 lbs. 15 oz. and 20 1/2 in. long. Her head was 14 in. and her chest 14 1/2 in. At birth her Apgar score was 7 but within 5 minutes post birth it was 9. Looks like we have a beautiful, healthy little girl to Thank God for. She has a head full of black hair, long beautiful eyelashes, a thin layer of hair is on her ears, the small of her back, and her legs as well. When we see her eyes they are brown although they may change I highly doubt it because I had a dream and she has her daddy's brown eyes. WP12 that is our room number. Our delivery doctor was Dr. Chwe and we had two sweet nurses Karen and Marie. When it came time to push daddy was such a good coach. We chose to have a birthing mirror but I must admit it did distract me from focusing on my job of pushing. Yes I had an Epidural but No I was not unaware of the fact that a 9 lb. 15 oz. baby was existing my body. At the time of her grand arrival her daddy, of course mommy, Nana, and Mama Jo were in the room. Right outside the door literally were a host of RoseMary "fans" Papa, Aunt Kayla, Aunt Suzanne, Sarah, Bernie, MaryAnn, Randy, MaryFaye, Aunt Sue, Tony, and Ceavlon. RoseMary didn't cry and wasn't breathing at birth after a slight slap on her rear she became VERY alert. Daddy cut the umbilical cord and they laid her on my chest for a brief moment then it was off to cleaning up. My placenta delivered fine and RoseMary was examined carefully. Dr.Chwe was/is such a wonderful doctor he really helped me be more confident that I could do this. We got her out with help from a Episeotemoy and a Vacuum Suction nevertheless all is well. Once everything settled down I snuggled with my baby girl for a long time. We are kept her in room. We are so excited about our new addition. Daddy sleep for awhile and I was successful at getting sweet nurse Karen to allow me to take a shower at 4:30 a.m. I do believe this was the best shower I have ever had. Today we did have some visitors they were; MawMaw, Aunt Lynn, Evelyn, Blake, Bella, Papa, Nana, Aunt Kayla, Mama Jo, Mrs. Tane Hankins, Kathy, Keri, and Lindsey Saxton. What a blessed daughter we have she has so many people who love her. Some people couldn't make it physically but did call to check in they are; Sissy, Emmie, Mrs. Nancy, Uncle Ronny, the McFarlin family, the Presley's, PawPaw Lundy, MawMaw Ann, Rusty, Doris Faye, and PawPaw.
